What Do We Do?

Triple Whale is the AI operating system built for modern ecommmerce. We help you see what's actually working in your business, what's not, and what to do next. Then we take action for you — pausing the underperforming ad, generating the next batch of creative, flagging the inventory risk before it bites.

We pull every signal in your business into one place, and put it on the most trusted measurement foundation in the industry. And on top of that, we give you the most actionable AI in commerce — Moby 2 — letting you tap any LLM you want, grounded in the full context of your business. Moby 2 doesn't just surface insights, it executes decisions for you, with automations that make the rest of your stack smarter.

The result: more than 65,000 brands like Pressed Juicery, OUAI, and True Classic turn mountains of complex data into actions that actually grow profit, at a speed and scale that is not humanly possible.

What you’re applying to

We’re looking for a Sales Development Representative to create qualified sales opportunities with ecommerce brands across EMEA.

You’ll identify relevant accounts, research the people behind them and start conversations about business problems Triple Whale can help solve. You’ll qualify whether there is a genuine reason to explore further and arrange a clear next step with an Account Executive.

This is a proactive prospecting role. You won’t rely solely on inbound enquiries or work through a list with the same message for every company. You’ll combine targeted outbound with timely follow-up on marketing-generated interest, adapting your approach to the account, buyer and market.

The priority is not simply booking more meetings. It’s creating relevant conversations that develop into qualified pipeline.

What you’ll do

  • Build a focused prospecting plan. Work with Account Executives to prioritise ecommerce brands that fit Triple Whale’s customer profile and agree account ownership before outreach.
  • Research accounts and relevant buyers. Understand the brand’s business, likely priorities and the people responsible for ecommerce, marketing and growth.
  • Create opportunities through outbound prospecting. Use phone, email and LinkedIn to reach relevant buyers with a clear reason for contacting them.
  • Make outreach specific and useful. Connect your message to an observable business signal or relevant challenge rather than lead with a generic product pitch.
  • Follow up on marketing-generated interest. Respond promptly to demo requests, event engagement and campaign enquiries, using the context of each interaction to guide the conversation.
  • Run initial qualification conversations. Establish customer fit, the business problem, relevant stakeholders and whether there is a credible reason to take the next step.
  • Book and support meaningful sales meetings. Set a clear agenda, confirm attendance and give the Account Executive the context needed to continue the conversation.
  • Develop longer-term prospects. Maintain appropriate follow-up with relevant accounts that are not ready to buy, coordinating with Marketing’s nurture programmes to avoid conflicting messages.
  • Keep CRM records accurate. Document account research, outreach, qualification, objections and agreed next steps. Respect contact preferences, opt-outs and applicable outreach requirements.
  • Improve the prospecting approach. Review calls and messages, test different approaches and share recurring buyer needs and objections with Sales and Marketing.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
