About the Role
We’re hiring a Sales Development Representative (SDR) in the EMEA, London Region. You’ll drive the sales pipeline through outbound prospecting and inbound qualification, generating high-quality leads critical to our growth and the team’s success. The ideal candidate thrives in Sales Operations with exceptional business acumen, technical fluency, and natural sales instincts.
Responsibilities
- Build Cresta’s client roster by conducting personalised outreach via email, calls, and targeted social media strategies.
- Craft engaging messaging tailored to high-value accounts to spark interest and drive conversions.
- Collaborate with Sales and Marketing teams to design, execute, and refine campaigns that fuel revenue growth.
- Analyse market data to develop strategic outreach approaches, increasing brand awareness and interest.
- Partner directly with Account Executives to convert leads into meetings and pipeline opportunities.
- Research, build, and prioritise target account lists with laser-sharp focus on ROI potential.
- Conduct high-level stakeholder conversations with executives to qualify opportunities.
- Meet or exceed monthly quotas for meetings, qualified opportunities, and pipeline generated.
- Assist in preparing tailored sales collateral, including pitches, decks, reference materials, and other supporting materials.

Qualifications We Value
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Previous sales experience in Software/High-Tech industries preferred, with a minimum of 6+ months in any domain.
- Capacity to perform in a fast-paced, high-pressure Sales Operations setup.
- Competitive mindset with a resume that reflects overcoming objections and hitting targets.
- Positive, resilient disposition — you embrace rejections, stay solution-driven, and show initiative.
- Self-starter mindset: proactively seek improvements, capitalise on every opportunity, and continuously upskill.
- Demonstrated exceptional organisational skills and ability to prioritise relentlessly.
- Exceptional business acumen with clarity of thought; able to articulate complex ideas succinctly in writing, speech, or presentations.
