About the Role

This is an outbound-focused SDR position owning the English-speaking top-of-funnel for a fast-growing AI communication SaaS company. You will drive lead qualification and demo handoffs that feed a growing Account Executive team, playing a direct role in accelerating revenue growth. Top performers have a clear and fast path to an AE role.

What You'll Do

  • Own the full English-speaking top-of-funnel from first contact through to qualified demo handoff.
  • Qualify inbound leads generated by marketing on a daily basis.
  • Run multi-channel outreach across phone, email, LinkedIn, and emerging channels.
  • Build and iterate on outreach sequences by forming hypotheses, testing, measuring, and improving.
  • Shape and improve SDR processes in a fast-growing startup environment.
  • Onboard new customers and ensure smooth handoffs to Account Executives.

What We're Looking For

  • Native or C2-level English proficiency.
  • At least 1 year of sales experience, ideally in outbound or telesales.
  • B2B SaaS sales background preferred.
  • Proven experience with multi-channel outreach across phone, email, and LinkedIn, including iterating on sequences.
  • Naturally competitive and motivated by uncapped, target-driven commission structures.
  • Willingness to temporarily relocate to Vienna, Austria for approximately 1 to 2 months for onboarding and culture immersion.
  • Comfortable operating with end-to-end ownership in a high-feedback, fast-paced environment.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Salary range: GBP 50,000 to 75,000 per year, plus uncapped commission.
  • Visa sponsorship is not available for this role.

Location

On-site in London, England, United Kingdom. The role requires a temporary relocation to Vienna, Austria (approximately 1 to 2 months) during onboarding.
