About the Role
Join a small, fast-moving team at a seed-stage AI communications software company. You will lead English-speaking top-of-funnel sales, qualify prospects, and hand off strong opportunities to Account Executives, helping drive revenue growth.
What You'll Do
- Manage the English-speaking sales funnel from initial outreach through qualified demo handoff.
- Respond to and qualify inbound leads generated by marketing.
- Reach prospects through phone, email, LinkedIn, and other relevant channels.
- Develop and improve outreach sequences by testing approaches, measuring results, and iterating.
- Help shape SDR processes and contribute to a growing startup team.
- Support customer onboarding and ensure smooth handoffs to Account Executives.
- Take ownership of your results and use regular feedback to develop your sales skills.

What We're Looking For
- At least one year of sales experience, ideally in outbound sales or telesales.
- Experience executing SDR top-of-funnel work, including multichannel outreach and refining sales sequences.
- Native or C2-level English proficiency.
- B2B SaaS sales experience is preferred.
- A competitive, metrics-driven approach and motivation to succeed in a commission-based sales environment.
- Willingness to work temporarily from Vienna for approximately one to two months.

Compensation & Benefits
- Annual salary range: GBP 50,000 to GBP 75,000. Visa sponsorship is not available.
Location
On-site in London, England, United Kingdom, with an initial temporary work period in Vienna, Austria.
