Your Role:
We are investing in the next phase of our growth. As our first Sales Development Representative (SDR), you'll play a key role in building qualified pipeline into our priority industries across EMEA. Working alongside Enterprise Account Executives and Marketing, you'll identify, engage and qualify prospective customers, helping to create new business opportunities within some of the world's largest and most regulated organisations. This is more than a traditional SDR role.
We are looking for someone who enjoys taking ownership, is naturally curious, and wants to help build a modern enterprise prospecting function. You'll have the opportunity to shape how we approach strategic account development while developing the skills to progress into Enterprise Sales or future leadership. This is an opportunity for someone who wants more than a traditional SDR role, someone who wants to learn enterprise selling, influence go-to-market strategy and build the skills to become a future Enterprise Account Executive or SDR Team Lead.
Your Responsibilities:
Your primary objective is to generate qualified pipeline and create new business opportunities across our priority target accounts. You'll achieve this through a combination of strategic outbound prospecting, account research, marketing engagement and close partnership with our Enterprise Account Executives.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
