Sales Development Representative (SDR)
🏙️ SaaS Sales – Event Tech
📍 Hybrid – Shoreditch, London HQ
Are you a charismatic SDR who builds rapport quickly over the phone, and thrives on generating leads, making calls, and opening up opportunities?
Our client, a multi award-winning Event Tech SaaS business, is looking for a Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join their growing team. As the UK’s fastest-growing Event Tech brand, they’re transforming how venues market and sell their spaces with innovative AI-powered products that help venues win more bookings and make smarter decisions.
This role will:
- Generate and qualify leads through outbound calls, emails, LinkedIn and other prospecting activities.
- Identify, engage, and qualify new venue partners creating a strong pipeline of opportunities for BDMs to convert into customers.
- Book qualified meetings for the Business Development Manager to drive deals forward.
- Follow up on marketing-generated leads and inbound opportunities.
- Act as the first point of contact for potential clients, building strong relationships.

This role needs:
- Experience in cold-calling and lead generation (preferred but not essential).
- A likeable, confident phone manner — with strong communication skills to engage potential customers and uncover their needs.
- A willingness to learn about the events & hospitality industry and products, and how to pitch them.
- A keen interest in sales, technology, and professional development.
- A team player - you'll work closely with other SDRs and your BDM.
