Signable is hiring for a Sales Development Representative to join our Sales team. You’ll play a key role in helping expand our customer base further in the mid-market and enterprise space.
Who We Are
We’re Signable, a Bristol-based SaaS company that’s been helping businesses send, sign, and manage documents digitally since 2007. Today, thousands of teams across the UK and beyond trust our eSignature platform, including Aardman, Co-op, Octopus Energy, Krispy Kreme, and Regatta.
There’s never been a more exciting time to join Signable. Following a multi-million-pound investment from BGF, we’re entering a new phase of growth. This investment will help us accelerate product development, invest in new technologies, and create new opportunities across the business. Plus, as we grow, every person who joins us will have the chance to influence our direction, make a meaningful impact, and help shape our future.
But while we’re expanding, we’re still committed to holding onto what makes Signable special: our people, our culture, and the way we work together.
With a 4.8/5 rating on Glassdoor, genuine flexibility, and a culture built on trust and belonging, we aim to be a place where people can grow and feel supported to do their best work.
We’re a values-driven, people-first team, and we’re proud to be recognised by Great Place to Work® as one of the UK’s Best Workplaces™ 2026, ranking #5 in the Small Organisations category. We’ve also been recognised as a UK Best Workplace for Development™ 2026 and recently won the Bristol Life Technology Award 2026.
What We Do
We’re not just a tech company. We’re a collaborative team who listen, learn, and make things better together. Whether we’re improving product features, experimenting with new capabilities, or evolving how we work, we stay focused on creating meaningful experiences for our customers and our team.
We’re building for a future where digital signing is always human, helpful and within reach. With ambitious plans for growth, we’re looking for people who want to create, collaborate, and make a real impact for our customers and our team.
If this sounds like you, now is a great time to get involved.
About the Role
As our Sales Development Representative, you’ll play a key role in generating new business opportunities and building a strong, consistent pipeline for our Sales team.
You’ll use your existing outbound sales experience to research and target the right accounts, identify key decision-makers and start meaningful conversations with prospective Signable customers. You’ll be supported by buyer intent signals, enriched prospect data and modern sales tools such as Lusha and Linkedin Sales Navigator. Helping you prioritise the right opportunities and take a targeted, insight-led approach to prospecting.
Through a mix of outbound channels, you’ll uncover potential customer challenges, qualify opportunities and book high-quality discovery meetings and product demos for our Account Executives. We’re looking for someone who is comfortable driving their own activity, motivated by targets and hungry to create pipelines.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

This role could particularly suit someone with 2-4 years of outbound sales experience, preferably with B2B experience.
Main Responsibilities:
- Generate new business opportunities through proactive outbound prospecting, including cold calling, personalised emails and LinkedIn outreach.
- Research target accounts and identify relevant decision-makers within our ideal customer profiles.
- Conduct initial discovery conversations to understand prospects’ challenges, needs and potential fit with Signable.
- Qualify opportunities and book high-quality discovery meetings and product demos for our Account Executives.
- Manage your own prospecting activity and work towards agreed activity and opportunity targets.
- Maintain accurate, up-to-date records of prospect interactions, activity and outreach within our CRM.
- Test different messaging, channels and approaches to understand what resonates with prospects.

- Previous SDR or relevant outbound B2B sales experience
- You’ve used a CRM and/or sales prospecting tools before.
- You have experience with cold calling or outbound email prospecting.
- Confidence speaking to new people over the phone.

- A proactive approach and willingness to create opportunities rather than wait for them.
- Resilience and the ability to handle rejection constructively.

- An ability to learn quickly, take feedback on board and put it into practice.
- A genuine interest in developing a career in sales.
