Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Senior Sales Development Representative (SDR) to drive pipeline generation and qualified meeting bookings with senior finance decision-makers across the APAC market.

This role is ideal for a highly motivated sales professional who has experience engaging CFOs, Finance Directors, and VP-level Finance executives. You will be responsible for outbound prospecting, lead qualification, and booking discovery meetings for the consulting and advisory team.

Candidates with experience selling finance technology, consultancy services, or enterprise software solutions will be particularly successful in this position.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct 50-80 outbound calls per day targeting senior finance stakeholders
  • Prospect and engage CFOs, Finance Directors, Heads of Finance, and VP Finance executives
  • Qualify leads against the company's Magic35 qualification framework
  • Book high-quality discovery meetings for senior consultants and sales leaders
  • Generate new pipeline opportunities through outbound prospecting, email outreach, LinkedIn engagement, and follow-up activities
  • Maintain accurate CRM records and activity tracking
  • Work closely with marketing and leadership teams to optimize lead generation campaigns
  • Support lead generation efforts around industry conferences, networking events, and finance-focused events across the APAC region
  • Consistently achieve monthly meeting booking and pipeline generation targets
  • Build strong relationships with prospective clients throughout the qualification process

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of B2B sales, SDR, business development, or lead generation experience
  • Proven experience selling to CFOs, Finance Directors, VP Finance, or other senior finance executives
  • Strong outbound prospecting experience with high-volume calling activity
  • Excellent communication, objection-handling, and relationship-building skills
  • Experience booking qualified discovery meetings for Account Executives or Consultants
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment
  • MUST HAVE experience selling into Australian market
