PE Global is currently recruiting for a Sales Development Representative (SDR) on behalf of a leading global technology and hospitality company.
Language Requirements
We are recruiting for two positions with different language requirements:
Position 1

Compensation and Contract
- Hourly Rate: £22.11 – £25.96 per hour
- Contract: 12 months
- Location: London / Remote
About the Role
As an SDR for the EMEA region, you will play a key role in expanding the company’s premium property portfolio across Europe, the Middle East and Africa.
You will identify, research and engage high-quality property owners who meet the required standards, using a combination of outbound prospecting, market research and lead generation. You will qualify suitable prospects and connect them with the specialist acquisition team to progress opportunities through to property onboarding.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and prospect potential premium property owners using defined ideal customer profiles and property criteria.
- Conduct high-volume outbound outreach through cold calling, email, LinkedIn, social media and other prospecting tools.
- Research property owners and luxury real estate opportunities across key EMEA markets.
- Qualify inbound and outbound leads by assessing prospect interest and suitability.
- Verify that prospective properties meet the required quality and accommodation standards.
- Schedule and coordinate meetings between qualified prospects and the specialist acquisition team.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of leads, activities and pipeline stages within the CRM.
- Manage and prioritise a high-volume pipeline across multiple markets and channels.
- Stay informed on luxury real estate, travel and hospitality trends across EMEA to improve targeting and outreach strategies.
- Build strong relationships with prospects through a consultative and engaging approach.

About You
We are looking for candidates with previous experience in sales, business development, lead generation or outbound prospecting, ideally gained within travel, hospitality, luxury real estate, property or a related sector.
- Experience managing a high-volume outbound sales or prospecting pipeline.
- Strong experience using phone, email and LinkedIn/social media for lead generation.
- Familiarity with CRM platforms such as Salesforce or HubSpot.
- Experience with prospecting/outreach platforms such as ZoomInfo, Outreach or SalesLoft.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- A consultative sales approach, with strong curiosity, active listening and relationship-building skills.
- The ability to work across different European, Middle Eastern and African markets and time zones.
- An understanding of different cultures and communication styles across EMEA.
