Are you passionate about cybersecurity and eager to make your mark in a new market?

Then this is the perfect role for you! Seize the thrilling opportunity to play a pivotal role in Hadrian's expansion into the French and BENELUX market.

Who are we:

We are Hadrian - an offensive cybersecurity startup. We are reshaping the future of cybersecurity through the power of agentic AI injected with the hacker’s perspective. Founded in August 2021, we've secured funding and the backing of ABN AMRO Ventures and Cherry Ventures, propelling us into a new era.

Our goal is to provide companies with an autonomous Threat Exposure Management platform. At Hadrian, we view security through a hacker's eyes because hackers understand hackers best. We continuously map the digital footprint of organisations, discover risks, and prioritise remediation for security teams to harden their external attack surfaces.

Located in Amsterdam's buzzing Leidseplein and by London's famous Paddington Station and our most recent US HQ in the heart of New York City, our diverse team from 25+ countries is on a mission to shake things up in offensive security. Join us in making waves and securing over 700 businesses, and be at the forefront of automated offensive security.

Your Role:

As a Sales Development Representative (SDR) at Hadrian, you will play a key role in expanding our presence across the French and BENELUX market by connecting with organisations that can benefit from a hacker's perspective on cybersecurity.

Working closely with an Account Executive, you will identify high-potential prospects, build meaningful relationships, and generate qualified Sales Introduction Meetings (SIMs) through thoughtful, multi-channel outreach. You'll combine curiosity, creativity, and persistence to open doors, uncover opportunities, and help shape the first impression of Hadrian.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
