Sales Development Representative - French Speaking

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Sales Development Representative - French Speaking based in United Kingdom.

Join a fast-growing, globally distributed revenue team focused on expanding access to a modern B2B marketplace.

In this role, you will be responsible for turning inbound interest and outbound prospecting into qualified sales opportunities.

You will engage potential customers across multiple channels, from phone and email to WhatsApp and LinkedIn.

Your ability to qualify prospects quickly and consistently will directly influence pipeline growth and demo conversion.

This is a high-velocity sales environment where activity, discipline, resilience, and measurable outcomes matter.

You will work closely with Account Executives while continuously refining messaging, targeting, and prospecting strategies.

The role offers an opportunity to develop your commercial skills within a collaborative, international, and rapidly scaling environment.

Accountabilities

  • Respond to inbound leads within defined service-level expectations and convert qualified prospects into booked demos.
  • Build and execute outbound prospecting sequences targeting relevant retail businesses and decision-makers.
  • Personalize outreach efficiently across phone, email, WhatsApp, and LinkedIn while maintaining a high level of activity.
  • Qualify prospects based on buyer profile, purchasing volume, business needs, intent, and expected timeline.
  • Disqualify unsuitable leads quickly and focus time and effort on opportunities with genuine potential.
  • Schedule, confirm, and protect demos by using reminders and pre-demo engagement to minimize no-shows.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date CRM records, ensuring every interaction is logged and every lead is correctly dispositioned.
  • Track recurring objections, successful messaging, customer feedback, and segment-level insights, and share these learnings with the wider revenue team.

Requirements

  • 1–3 years of experience in a SaaS, technology sales, SDR, or BDR position within a transactional, high-volume sales environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage short sales cycles, high activity levels, and measurable weekly performance targets.
  • Strong phone-based selling and prospecting skills, combined with clear, concise written communication.
  • Comfortable managing approximately 60–80+ meaningful prospect interactions per day across multiple channels.
  • Highly process-oriented, with strong discipline around sales cadences, follow-ups, CRM management, and lead qualification.
  • Resilient, motivated, and coachable, with the ability to treat rejection as useful feedback and maintain consistent performance throughout the sales cycle.
  • Native or professional proficiency in both French and English is required.
  • A proactive, commercially minded approach with strong attention to detail and a genuine drive to achieve results.
  • Previous jewellery industry knowledge is not required; curiosity, hunger, and sales rigour are more important.
