Sales Development Representative (SDR)

Remote, UK

Basic Salary: £35,000 - £38,000 + Uncapped Commission (OTE £70,000+)

Chapman Tate Associates is proud to be partnering with a leading ERP consultancy and reseller in the UK as they continue to invest in their sales function and expand their business development team.

We are seeking an ambitious and driven Sales Development Representative (SDR) to play a key role in generating new business opportunities and supporting the growth of a highly successful ERP practice.

This is an excellent opportunity for a sales professional who thrives on creating opportunities, enjoys speaking with potential customers, and wants to be rewarded for their success through a highly lucrative commission structure.

The Role

As a Sales Development Representative, you will be responsible for identifying and engaging prospective customers, generating interest in ERP solutions, and booking qualified appointments for the consulting and sales teams.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Prospecting and identifying new business opportunities across the UK market
  • Conducting outbound calls, email campaigns, and LinkedIn outreach
  • Engaging with decision-makers and qualifying opportunities
  • Booking high-quality appointments for ERP Sales Consultants
  • Building and maintaining a healthy sales pipeline
  • Working closely with sales and marketing teams to maximise lead generation activity
  • Maintaining accurate records within the CRM system

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Previous experience as an SDR, BDR, Lead Generation Executive, or within a new business sales role
  • A proven ability to generate and qualify opportunities
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Confidence engaging with senior stakeholders and decision-makers
  • A proactive, resilient, and target-driven approach
  • Experience within ERP, SaaS, software, technology, or IT services sales would be advantageous, but not essential
