⭐️ £25,000 base salary + uncapped commission & bonuses (OTE £40,000+)

The Role

We’re looking for a confident, motivated communicator to join our team as a Sales Development Representative.

You’ll be the first point of contact for new enquiries — these are warm leads looking for FCA Regulated Independent Financial Advice. Your job is to speak with them, understand their situation, and decide which of our advisers is best placed to help. Then you’ll liaise with advisers to hand over qualified clients and make sure the process runs smoothly.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Speaking with new inbound enquiries from individuals actively looking for an IFA
  • Qualifying, nurturing, and guiding prospects to match them with a suitable IFA
  • Acting as the link between investors and advisers, ensuring introductions are smooth, timely, and well-managed
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with advisers to understand their preferences, capacity, and ideal clients
  • Owning the end-to-end sales process — from first conversation through to successful introduction.

What We’re Looking For

  • Must be UK based
  • Proven experience in telephone sales, networking, origination and/or business development, especially with HNW (high net worth) clients.
  • The ability to influence and communicate effectively, progress conversations and close sales.
  • The ability to juggle lots of tasks. You'll need to be sharp and ready to handle different sets of customers/clients.
  • Comfortable working towards targets and KPIs.
  • Strong organisational skills — you’ll be juggling multiple leads and advisers.
  • Clear, confident communication skills and the ability to build trusted client relationships.
  • Strong commercial acumen
  • High emotional intelligence and empathy.
  • Excellent time management and planning skills.
  • Technical financial knowledge is desirable
