QuantumLoopAI | Sales Development Representative London | Canary Wharf | On-site | OTE £88,000 (uncapped commission)
QuantumLoopAI is one of the fastest-growing AI companies in NHS healthcare. Our product EMMA is the first AI receptionist for NHS GP surgeries, already serving over 2 million patients across England. We are a small, ambitious team based in Canary Wharf and we are looking for driven, ambitious people who want to launch their career in tech sales with a company that is building something that genuinely matters. This role is open to graduates and early-career candidates.
This is a structured entry into B2B technology sales. You do not need any sales experience. We will teach you everything, from how to prospect and qualify leads to how to run conversations with senior decision-makers in the NHS. What we need from you is the right attitude, the willingness to learn fast, and the resilience to pick up the phone every single day.
What The Role Involves
- Learn how to identify potential customers, research them, and reach out via phone, email, and LinkedIn.
- Be taught how to have structured conversations with GP practice managers and partners to understand their challenges and introduce our product.
- Learn how to book product demonstrations, manage your activity in a CRM, and build a pipeline of opportunities.
- Over time, take on more responsibility as your skills and confidence develop.
- Sit alongside the leadership team, not in a separate programme on a different floor.
- Hear commercial strategy being discussed in real time, contribute to it, and understand how a startup grows from the inside.
- This is not a support role. From day one, your work directly impacts company revenue.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.
Start with a chat, not a search bar
Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Only hits
No noise. No "maybe this fits." Just roles with a clear explanation of why they're right — and where to focus when applying.
Why This Role
- Most entry-level sales roles put you in a call centre selling software nobody cares about to people who don't want to hear from you.
- This is different. You will be selling a product that NHS surgeries need, that patients benefit from, and that is genuinely changing how primary care works in this country.
- When you pick up the phone, you have something worth talking about. That makes the job easier, more interesting, and more rewarding than most entry-level sales positions.
What You Will Get In Your First 12 Months
- A complete foundation in B2B technology sales, from prospecting to pipeline management to closing.
- Direct mentorship from experienced commercial leaders.
- Real exposure to how AI is sold into the NHS.
- A clear understanding of your performance through transparent KPIs reviewed weekly.
- The opportunity to earn significantly more than your base salary through uncapped commission.
- A genuine path to promotion based entirely on your performance.
Requirements
- This role is open to recent graduates and those finishing their degree in 2025 or 2026. Any discipline. We do not require a specific degree subject.
- You are confident speaking to people. Not necessarily in a sales context, but you are someone who can hold a conversation, listen properly, and communicate clearly.
- You are competitive. Whether that comes from sport, academics, gaming, or anything else, you are someone who wants to win and is motivated by measurable results.
- You are resilient. You understand that this role involves hearing "no" regularly and you see that as part of the process, not as a reason to stop.
- You are curious. You want to understand how AI works, how the NHS operates, and how businesses grow. You ask questions.
- You are disciplined. You can manage your own time, stay organised, and maintain a high level of activity without someone standing over you.
- You are based in or willing to relocate to London and able to work from our Canary Wharf office five days a week.

- A clear and transparent promotion pathway. Progression is based on results, not on how long you have been in the role.
- On-site at our Canary Wharf office. Jubilee line, Elizabeth line, and DLR all within walking distance.
