Thanks for stopping by and learning more about this role at Sitemate! ✨🏗️

We’d love to hear from you 👩‍💻👩🏽‍💻🧑🏿‍💻👨🏻‍💻

Overview

The Sales Development Representative is responsible for qualifying and routing inbound leads across two channels: self-service and inside sales. This role involves frequent engagement with prospects through phone calls, emails, live chat, and internal tools such as Slack and Salesforce. This role runs inside that same AI-native approach we build for customers. Leads and account data flow into an AI-populated Salesforce, so reps start from a clean, enriched pipeline instead of manual entry. Every call is coached live by ClaudeMate, giving real-time feedback on framing, objection handling, and next steps as the conversation happens. Success in the role is measured by the number of product demonstrations booked and completed, with a strong track record of team performance consistently meeting or exceeding monthly targets.

Room to grow, fast-tracked

We hire SDRs expecting you to grow past the role. “Grow from Within" is one of our leadership operating principles - meaning proven performance gets noticed and backed fast, and that managers and leaders are encouraged to gravitate towards internal promotions vs. external hires

For SDRs, that typically means a path to Account Executive within 9 to 12 months, based on performance, not tenure. One of our SDRs moved into a leadership role running Sales Development for all of North America within 8 months. Others have made the jump from SDR to Enterprise AE and describe the same pattern from the other side: "Sitemate is process-driven (everything engineered), so if you can learn and grow from these processes and you’re open to honest, constructive feedback while giving your best every day, you'll level up quickly".

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
