What You'll Shape

As a Sales Development Representative for the DACH market, you'll be responsible for generating leads through outbound efforts. You’ll be the first point of contact for potential customers, sparking interest in our platform through thoughtful, targeted, and tailored outbound outreach. Your goal is to generate high-quality leads, start meaningful conversations, and create excitement around how Frontify can help businesses strengthen their brand management.

What You'll Do

  • Generate qualified leads within new accounts, driving growth in the sales pipeline.
  • Strategically prospect enterprise clients through personalized cold calls, emails, and multi-touch campaigns.
  • Collaborate with Account Executives to identify and develop high-potential opportunities.
  • Proactively anticipate objections and position tailored solutions to drive qualified prospects into the sales cycle.
  • Manage a high volume of target accounts with strong time management, prioritization, and organizational skills.
  • Synthesize complex information and make it digestible and relevant for executive buyers.
  • Research and understand various lines of business, buyer personas, and their priorities.
  • Receive structured onboarding, enablement support, and ramping protection to ensure you’re set up for success as you grow into the role.

What You Bring

  • Deep enthusiasm for SaaS and an eagerness to grow and make an impact in an exciting sales opportunity.
  • Proactive and methodical approach in your work.
  • Strong communication skills across multiple channels (phone, email, social media), resilience and perseverance, active listening and empathy, confidence and ownership, persuasion and negotiation, and the ability to handle objections and think on your feet.
  • Honesty, drive, and a proactive mindset.
  • English and German fluency (C1+).
