The Team

We are a group of vibrant, diverse people who love travelling and never settle on quality. Each one of us didn't join Welcome by chance and believes deeply in what Welcome is trying to achieve, so we work relentlessly to make that happen. We challenge common logic, focus on design, put simplicity and usability first, and create memorable experiences. We keep learning and exploring better ways to serve our community and grow personally and professionally in our respective fields. We stay humble along the way, with a "pay it forward" mentality, but with big and bold goals.

Role Overview

As a Sales Development Representative (German/English) at Welcome Pickups, you will primarily focus on outbound prospecting; proactively identifying and reaching out to potential clients such as hotels, property managers, travel agents, and other target segments via phone, email, and other channels to generate new business interest in Welcome Pickups' B2B services. You will also engage and qualify inbound leads received from Marketing, ensuring a consistent, high-quality experience regardless of how a prospect enters the pipeline. By leading with outbound prospecting and supporting inbound engagement where needed, you will play a key role in expanding Welcome Pickups' client base and driving the scalability of the B2B sales funnel.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
