Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

About the Role

This is a fast-track opportunity to start as an SDR, progress to Senior SDR in ~9 months, and move into an Account Executive (AE) role within ~2 years.

You’ll be selling technology that gives marketing teams something they often can’t see: what actually happens when a customer picks up the phone. The platform captures and analyses customer conversations, connecting them back to the campaigns that generated them so businesses can understand what drives enquiries, conversions, and revenue.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Qualifying inbound leads and uncovering client challenges
  • Creating and nurturing outbound opportunities
  • Introducing businesses to technology that can improve marketing performance, increase conversion, and recover lost revenue
  • Managing pipeline and activity in CRM
  • Collaborating with Sales Managers to prioritise target accounts
  • Representing the business professionally in early-stage conversations

Training & Career Progression

You’ll join a Sales Training Academy combining structured learning with hands-on experience. You’ll develop:

  • Core sales skills and frameworks
  • Advanced methodologies like Challenger, Sales EQ, and MEDDIC
  • Value-based discovery and effective outreach
  • The ability to sell a genuinely innovative SaaS solution into senior marketing and commercial decision-makers

You’ll gain exposure to a sophisticated technology platform, work with globally recognised brands such as Sky, Specsavers, TUI, and Aviva, and have a clear route from SDR → Senior SDR → Account Executive - all from the vibrant Salford Quays area, with the bonus of a 1pm finish on Fridays.
