An outstanding opportunity to become one of the first go-to-market hires at a fast-growing, venture-backed data and intelligence platform for the private markets.

The company delivers real-time data and AI-driven analysis on private companies, helping many of the world's leading venture capital and private equity firms source, evaluate and win deals faster than the competition. Unusually for its stage, the business is already profitable and growing, built by a small, highly technical team where everyone wears multiple hats and there is zero bureaucracy between you and real impact. Working directly alongside the founders, this is a rare chance to learn modern go-to-market from the ground up and have visible influence from day one.

The Role:

As a GTM Associate / SDR, you will build and run the outbound engine alongside the founders, owning the full top-of-funnel motion. You will run outbound campaigns end-to-end – prospecting, list building, and outreach across email and LinkedIn – and qualify leads into meetings for the wider team. A major part of the craft is research: deeply understanding buyers such as VC partners, PE investors and fund analysts, and using that insight to write genuinely personalised outreach that gets responses. You will learn and operate a modern GTM stack including Clay, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, email sequencing platforms, enrichment tools and CRM, and you will work closely with the founders on strategy, ICP refinement and iterating on what is working. You will track, measure and improve your own metrics, constantly experimenting with new approaches to outbound. This is a launchpad role with a clear path to AE or Senior GTM as the company scales – not a script-reading seat in a call centre.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Only hits

No noise. No "maybe this fits." Just roles with a clear explanation of why they're right — and where to focus when applying.

The Candidate:

You will have 1–2 years of outbound BDR/SDR experience gained at a startup or high-growth company, with a demonstrable track record of booking qualified meetings – prospecting, sequencing and multi-channel outreach across email and LinkedIn. A B2B SaaS background is important (rather than B2C, marketplace or ecommerce), and you must be a sharp writer able to craft high-quality, personalised micro-campaigns rather than blast generic scripts. You will be tech-savvy and comfortable with modern GTM tooling, curious, autonomous, and bring a genuine bias for action every day. Experience selling into or prospecting financial services, VC or PE buyers, and early-stage startup experience, are strong advantages. You must be London-based and able to work in-office five days per week. Candidates whose only experience is in large corporate sales teams built around heavy process and scripts are unlikely to be the right fit.

The Package:

On offer is a base salary of £30,000–£50,000 with an OTE of £40,000–£65,000, plus uncapped commission on qualified meetings booked. The founders are flexible for the right candidate. This is a rare opportunity to join a profitable, high-conviction private-markets data business at a genuinely early stage, working shoulder-to-shoulder with the founders, with a clear and actively supported route into an Account Executive or Senior GTM role as the company grows.
