Sales Development Representative

Location: Wilmslow

Salary: £30,000 basic plus uncapped commission

Type: Full time, office based

Are you driven by targets and motivated by money? Do you thrive in a fast paced, energetic environment where your success is celebrated and rewarded?

We’re looking for ambitious individuals to join our growing team in Wilmslow as Sales Development Representatives, selling government funded apprenticeships to businesses across the UK. This is a business to business sales role focused on outbound prospecting, cold calling and building strong client relationships.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Making outbound calls to generate new business leads
  • Speaking with decision makers across a range of industries
  • Promoting apprenticeship programmes tailored to business needs
  • Managing client relationships and booking qualified appointments
  • Working closely with Business Development Executives to convert leads
  • Hitting and exceeding targets with full support and training
