Sales Development Representative (SDR)
Location: South Manchester
Salary: £28,000 base + uncapped commission
Level: Graduate / Entry Level
Training: Full training provided

We’re growing rapidly and looking for ambitious, confident individuals to join our Sales team as Sales Development Representatives. You don’t need sales experience — we’re looking for the right attitude, personality, and drive. We’ll teach you everything else.
The Role
As an SDR, you’ll be at the front line of the business, having real conversations with potential clients and learning how sales works in the real world.

You’ll Be Responsible For
- Speaking with prospective clients via phone, email, and LinkedIn
- Booking meetings for the senior sales team
- Learning how businesses make buying decisions
- Working towards targets and earning commission for strong performance
- Developing communication, commercial, and relationship-building skills
This is a genuinely client-facing role, not an admin or back-office position.
