Sales Development Representative
Wilmslow
£30,000 base + £10,000 OTE
We are looking to bring on Sales Development Representatives, who enjoy building relationships, taking ownership, and seeing the direct results of your work - this role offers autonomy, strong earning potential, and genuine long-term progression.

The Role
As a Sales Development Representative at Flourish, you'll be responsible for driving new business by introducing our recruitment and training services to prospective clients across the UK. Using a combination of cold calling, LinkedIn outreach, email campaigns and market research, you'll identify businesses that are hiring or developing sales talent and secure meetings for the wider team.

You'll become an expert at building rapport with decision-makers, understanding their hiring challenges and creating opportunities for the wider team. What You’ll Be Doing
- Generate new business opportunities through outbound cold calls, emails and LinkedIn outreach.
- Build relationships with decision-makers, understand their hiring needs and qualify potential opportunities.
- Book high-quality discovery meetings to convert into new business.
- Manage and maintain an organised sales pipeline using the CRM system, ensuring all activity is accurately recorded.
- Work towards individual and team targets while continuously developing your sales skills through coaching and feedback.
- Working towards clear performance milestones linked to progression.
Training & Development
You’ll take part in a structured training programme covering:
- Sales strategy and negotiation
- Customer success and account management
- Market positioning and value-based selling
You will have 24/7 access to our award-winning commercial trainers. Training includes classroom learning, residential sessions, shadowing, and field coaching — giving you the tools and confidence to succeed.
