Sales Development Representative (SDR)

Wilmslow, Cheshire | £30,000 Basic + Uncapped Commission

Now, due to continued growth, we're looking for six ambitious Sales Development Representatives to join our high-energy sales team in Wilmslow.

No sales experience? No problem.

We're not looking for finished sales professionals. We're looking for motivated, ambitious individuals with great communication skills, a strong work ethic, and the determination to succeed.

Through our dedicated Sales Academy, you'll receive specialist training from experienced sales professionals, giving you all the tools, coaching, and support needed to succeed in B2B sales.

What you'll be doing

As an SDR, you'll be responsible for generating new business opportunities and introducing organisations to Apprentify's market-leading training solutions.

You'll:

  • Prospect and engage decision-makers via phone, email, and LinkedIn
  • Build relationships with businesses across the UK
  • Understand client challenges and identify suitable apprenticeship solutions
  • Generate and manage your own sales pipeline
  • Book qualified meetings for senior sales colleagues
  • Use HubSpot CRM to manage activity and opportunities
  • Learn about emerging technology, AI, and digital skills
  • Consistently work towards and exceed sales targets

Previous sales experience is beneficial but absolutely not essential. Full training is provided.
