Salary: £26,000–£32,000 DOE + £12,000–£15,000 OTE

The Role
As a Sales Development Representative, you’ll play a critical role in driving new business growth. You’ll be the first point of contact for prospective customers, responsible for opening conversations, qualifying opportunities, and feeding high-quality leads into the wider sales team.

This is a target-driven role within a supportive, high-energy sales environment where learning, development, and progression are actively encouraged.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Generating new business leads and sales opportunities
- Prospecting into target accounts via phone, email, and other outreach channels
- Acting as the first impression of the brand to potential customers
- Meeting and exceeding weekly KPIs and sales metrics
- Identifying customer challenges and gathering high-level business insight
- Working closely with Marketing and the wider Sales team to build pipeline
What They’re Looking For
This Role Would Suit Someone Who
- Has 12-18 months’ experience in a commercial setting
- Has a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Is confident communicating with stakeholders from C-suite to operational level
- Can uncover customer needs and position value-led solutions
- Is organised, detail-focused, and able to manage their own workload
- Brings a positive, ambitious, and results-driven mindset
- Is degree educated or has equivalent commercial experience
