Sales Development Representative – Leeds – £25,000 + OTE
Looking to break into sales but don’t have prior experience? This is a fantastic entry-level opportunity to join a growing, forward-thinking business where you’ll be supported from day one with training, mentorship, and clear career progression.
As a Sales Development Representative, you’ll be at the forefront of the business - engaging potential clients, generating interest, and creating new opportunities within the B2B space. This role is ideal for someone driven, confident, and eager to build a long-term career in sales.
The Role
You’ll focus on identifying and qualifying new business opportunities, working closely with experienced Account Executives and Sales leaders to build a strong pipeline. Along the way, you’ll develop key skills in communication, relationship-building, and commercial awareness.

What You’ll Be Doing
- Reach out to prospective clients via phone, email, and LinkedIn
- Build rapport and manage initial conversations with a wide range of businesses
- Identify potential opportunities and qualify leads for the sales team
- Book meetings and support the early stages of the sales process
- Maintain accurate activity records and stay organised in a fast-paced environment
