Sales Development Representative (SDR)

London - Liverpool Street (Hybrid – 3 days in office)

£41,300 base + commission

Build a serious sales career in high‑growth AI & security technology.

This is an opportunity to join a fast‑scaling, well‑funded tech business operating at the cutting edge of AI, IT, and security - and to play a critical role in how it grows.

As an SDR, you’ll sit at the heart of the go‑to‑market team, driving early pipeline, speaking with modern tech‑forward businesses, and learning directly from experienced sales leaders in a high‑performance environment.

If you’re curious, commercially minded, and motivated by growth - this role will stretch you in the best possible way.

The role

You’ll be responsible for identifying and engaging potential customers, qualifying inbound and outbound leads, and booking high‑quality meetings for the sales team.

You’ll work closely with Sales, Marketing, and Revenue Operations, receiving structured onboarding, ongoing coaching, and hands‑on exposure to enterprise‑level sales conversations. This is a foundational role with clear progression paths into Account Executive, Customer Success, or broader GTM leadership.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
