Sales Development Representative – Paddington, London £30,000 + 120K OTE Commission Full-time | 5 days in the office
A fast growing London organisation is searching for a motivated Sales Development Representative to join their high-energy team in Paddington.

The Role
As an SDR, you'll be the first point of contact for new prospects - driving pipeline, qualifying leads and creating new opportunities for the wider sales team. You’ll engage decision-makers through calls, emails and social channels, while sharpening your commercial skills through ongoing training, coaching and hands-on experience.

What You’ll Be Doing
- Prospecting and outreach via phone, email & social
- Qualifying leads and booking high-quality sales meetings
- Building rapport with potential customers
- Keeping CRM activity accurate and up-to-date
- Working closely with Sales Executives to support deal flow
