£28,000-£30,000 Basic Salary + Uncapped Commission

Key Responsibilities

  • Proactively identify and engage potential customers via phone, email, and LinkedIn.
  • Generate and qualify sales opportunities for the wider sales team.
  • Build relationships with prospective clients and understand their business needs.
  • Maintain accurate records within the CRM system.
  • Work closely with experienced sales professionals and learn best-in-class sales techniques.
  • Consistently achieve and exceed activity and performance targets.

About You

  • Degree educated or graduate calibre.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ambitious, driven, and eager to learn.
  • Strong work ethic and positive attitude.
  • Comfortable speaking with new people and building relationships.
  • Resilient, proactive, and goal-oriented.
  • Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, retail, sport, or sales is advantageous but not essential.
