SDR | Central London | £40,000 Base + £20,000 OTE + Uncapped Commission
Our client is a leading interior design and workplace solutions business, helping organisations transform spaces into environments that inspire creativity, collaboration and growth. As demand continues to rise, they're investing heavily in their commercial team and looking for an ambitious Sales Development Representative to generate opportunities and fuel future growth.
The Opportunity
This is the perfect role for someone looking to build a long-term career in sales. As an SDR, you'll be the first point of contact for prospective clients, starting conversations with senior decision-makers and uncovering opportunities for the wider sales team. You'll learn how to prospect effectively, run strategic outreach campaigns and develop the commercial skills needed to progress into account management or new business sales. You'll work closely with experienced sales leaders who are passionate about developing talent and promoting from within.

What You'll Be Doing
- Identifying and engaging potential clients across a range of industries
- Building outbound prospecting campaigns via phone, email and LinkedIn
- Creating relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers
- Researching accounts and uncovering potential project opportunities
- Qualifying prospects and booking meetings for senior sales colleagues
- Maintaining accurate CRM records and pipeline activity
- Working alongside marketing to support lead generation initiatives
- Hitting and exceeding activity and opportunity creation targets
Who We're Looking For
You don't need extensive sales experience. We're looking for ambitious, resilient and commercially minded individuals who want to build a career in a high-growth environment. You might come from sales, recruitment, hospitality, retail, sport or another customer-facing role where you've demonstrated drive and determination.
