SDR | AI SaaS | £35–45k base + £15k OTE (uncapped) | London

We're looking for an SDR with 6 months to 2 years of experience to join a fast-scaling AI startup building the operating system for regulated, complex processes. Outbound-led, well-supported, and a clear path to AE for someone ready for the next step.

Why this role:

  • A product that solves a genuine, expensive problem for enterprise customers, replacing a stack of disconnected systems with one platform (100% deployment success rate to date)
  • A real, proven path to AE, with a structured route to get you there - examples in the sales team that have made this progression
  • Backed by top-tier VCs, growing fast, and already trusted by some of the biggest names in their industry
  • You'll be selling into a market with real budget and real urgency around compliance, not a nice-to-have

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
