Job Summary

We are seeking a high-energy, driven Sales Development Representative to join a well-established leader in outsourced sales acceleration. With over 15 years of industry experience and a proven methodology, this team provides the perfect environment for a sales professional to hone their craft. You will be responsible for driving top-of-funnel growth for clients within the Banking and Insurance sectors, acting as the frontline of their business development efforts. This is a remote-first role within the UK, offering a clear path toward leadership for those who consistently deliver results.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct high-volume outbound activity, averaging 50 targeted cold calls per day.
  • Research and identify key stakeholders within the B2B financial services and insurance space.
  • Qualify leads and book high-quality discovery meetings, aiming for a target of 10 outbound opportunities per month.
  • Maintain meticulous records and manage your sales pipeline using Salesforce.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to refine messaging and outreach strategies based on market feedback.
  • Participate in regular coaching sessions to sharpen your sales techniques and product knowledge.
  • Based in the United Kingdom with the ability to work UK business hours (9-5).

Requirements

  • Previous experience in a B2B sales or business development role.
  • Proven track record of hitting activity-based KPIs (calls, emails, and meetings).
  • Exceptional communication skills with an affable and professional phone manner.
  • A curious and coachable mindset, with the determination to overcome objections.
  • Proficiency in using CRM tools, specifically Salesforce.

Nice-to-Haves

  • Direct experience selling into the Banking, Fintech, or Insurance sectors.
  • Prior experience working in an outsourced sales or agency environment.
  • Familiarity with modern sales prospecting tools beyond CRM.

Compensation & Incentives

  • Competitive contractor compensation.
  • £200 incentive when target is achieved.
  • £500 incentive for over-performance against target.
  • Additional performance-based incentives may apply.
