Job Summary
We are seeking a driven and articulate Sales Development Representative to join a well-established leader in outsourced sales acceleration. This role is focused on a high-growth project for a client that automates and standardizes insurance data, bridging the gap between fragmented systems. You won't be selling insurance policies; instead, you will be solving complex data challenges for major insurance and finance organizations. This is an opportunity to join a company with 15 years of proven methodology, offering a clear path to leadership for those who are curious, coachable, and determined to succeed.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct approximately 50 high-quality outbound calls per day to key stakeholders within the insurance and finance sectors.
- Identify and qualify 10+ new business opportunities per month to maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
- Articulate the value proposition of data automation and system connectivity to senior decision-makers.
- Manage and document all sales activities, leads, and progress accurately within Salesforce.
- Collaborate with team leads to refine outreach strategies based on market feedback and data.
- Professional fluency in English with exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Prior experience working within or selling to the Insurance or Finance sectors.
- A strong understanding of how insurance or finance companies operate internally to navigate complex hierarchies.
- A determined, "hunter" mindset with a natural curiosity for technology and business processes.
- Ability to work UK GMT business hours.

Nice to Have
- Previous experience using Salesforce as a primary CRM.
- Familiarity with data management, API connectivity, or InsurTech landscapes.
- Experience in an outsourced sales or lead generation environment.
Compensation & Incentives
- Competitive contractor compensation.
- £200 incentive when target is achieved.
- £500 incentive for overperformance against target.
- Additional performance-based incentives may apply.
