The Role:
We’re looking for a driven Sales Development Representative to fuel our pipeline and create first-class first impressions with prospective customers. You’ll identify opportunities, lead outbound outreach, and qualify interest-turning cold conversations into real sales opportunities for the business.
This is a high-activity, front-line role where resilience, curiosity, and pace matter. You’ll be speaking to prospects daily, testing messaging, and continuously improving how we break into new accounts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Proactively approaching new businesses via cold calling, emailing, and LinkedIn outreach
- Identifying and prospecting businesses to generate interest and pursue new opportunities
- Conducting fact finds & setting demo appointments for our Account Executives
- Working closely with Account Executives to increase meeting booked to sale ratio
- Using Salesforce to accurately record client information
- You'll have the ability to speak to a varied range of people and decision makers at different levels of the business
