This is a genuinely exciting opportunity for an ambitious SDR looking to take their career into enterprise and technology sales.
You'll work across two complementary businesses: an established, highly respected security company and a fast-growing security technology business building out its go-to-market function.
It's a rare combination of enterprise clients, an established brand, warm pipeline and genuine start-up exposure — giving you the opportunity to develop your sales career while getting involved in a technology business at an exciting stage of its growth.
Why this opportunity?
The established security business has almost 30 years' experience and is rated in the top 1% of UK security companies.
- It protects around £5bn of UK real estate and works with an impressive client base including De Beers, Historic Royal Palaces, the Grosvenor Estate, Harwell Life Sciences Park and the NHS, as well as providing security services to three royal families.
- Alongside this, you'll work with an early-stage security technology business selling its own proprietary security intelligence platform to large, regulated enterprises.
- The technology brings together physical, cyber and operational security data to help organisations identify threats, understand risk and respond more effectively.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
