Sales Development Representative
Location: Nantwich - Hybrid Working
Salary: £25,000 – £28,000 per annum + OTE (dependent on experience)
Hours: Monday to Friday - 37.5 hours

As we continue to grow, we're looking for a Sales Development Representative to join our team, supporting leading automotive manufacturers, leasing companies and fleet providers across a range of exciting sales campaigns.

The role
As a Sales Development Representative, you'll play a key role in generating new business opportunities through outbound prospecting, lead qualification and appointment setting across a variety of automotive and fleet campaigns.
Working as part of a collaborative, high-performing sales team, you'll engage with business decision-makers, identify opportunities and build meaningful conversations that lead to high-quality appointments for our clients.
This is a fast-paced and rewarding role where you'll manage multiple prospects, develop your consultative sales skills and work towards achievable performance targets while receiving ongoing coaching and support.

What You'll Be Doing
- Prospecting across automotive OEM, leasing and fleet campaigns.
- Researching potential customers using CRM systems, LinkedIn and sales intelligence tools.
- Engaging decision-makers through telephone, email and digital outreach.
- Building rapport and confidence through consultative B2B sales conversations.
- Qualifying opportunities and booking high-quality appointments for client sales teams.
- Managing and maintaining accurate pipeline activity within CRM systems.
- Delivering consistent activity levels and working towards individual and team performance targets.
- Working collaboratively with colleagues to share best practice and contribute to a high-performing sales culture.
- Continuously developing your knowledge of modern sales methodologies, AI-enabled prospecting and the automotive industry.
What We're Looking For
We're looking for people who combine confidence, resilience and a proactive mindset with a genuine passion for building relationships and delivering results.
You'll Ideally Have
- An experienced sales, business development or customer service professional with a track record of building relationships and delivering results or someone with the drive and ambition to build a successful career in sales.
- A confident communicator who enjoys speaking with customers over the phone and through digital channels.
- Self-motivated, proactive and eager to learn, develop and continuously improve.
- Organised, adaptable and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Comfortable using Microsoft Office, CRM systems and digital tools, or keen to learn.
- Automotive, leasing or fleet experience would be an advantage, but isn't essential.
