Sales Development Representative
Location: Manchester City Centre (Hybrid)
Sector: SaaS / RetailTech / Tech
Salary: £27,000 - £32,000 + Uncapped OTE (£14,000 - £17,000)
We're partnering with a growing SaaS business that is continuing to invest heavily in its commercial team and is looking to hire multiple Business/Sales Development Representatives to support growth across both its UK and US markets.
The business provides a SaaS platform used by retailers, manufacturers, and consumer brands to simplify how they manage product information across multiple sales channels. By helping customers improve data accuracy, efficiency, and speed to market, they've become a trusted partner to organizations including JD Sports, Harvey Nichols, and Build-A-Bear.

What they're looking for:
- 6-24 months' experience in a BDR, SDR, Business Development, Inside Sales, or similar role
- Strong communication skills and confidence speaking with senior decision-makers
- Resilience, determination, and a target-driven mindset
- A genuine desire to build a long-term career in sales
- Comfortable working within a KPI-driven environment

The role will involve:
- Prospecting and engaging decision-makers across retail, manufacturing, distribution, and eCommerce organizations
- Outbound prospecting via phone, email, and LinkedIn
- Researching and engaging target accounts
- Qualifying opportunities and booking discovery meetings
- Working closely with Account Executives and sales leadership
- Building pipeline across UK and US markets
- Managing activity and opportunities through Salesforce
