Founding Enterprise SDR
Up to £45k Base + £61k OTE (Uncapped)
Hybrid - London
We're exclusively partnering with a global technology business to hire their first Enterprise SDR in the UK.
You'll play a key role in launching the UK market, shaping the go-to-market strategy, building brand awareness, and creating the pipeline that drives long-term revenue growth.
This is a high impact role with huge growth potential.

The opportunity:
As the Founding Enterprise SDR, you'll be responsible for building traction across the UK Enterprise market.
You'll target senior stakeholders including:
- Heads of HR
- People Directors
- Wellbeing Leaders
- Chief Security Officers
- Enterprise decision-makers across large organisations
This is a highly strategic outbound role where quality beats quantity.
You'll use research-led, personalised, multi-channel outreach to open conversations with enterprise organisations and create qualified opportunities that convert into revenue.
Your responsibilities
- Research and prioritise target Enterprise accounts
- Build relationships through phone, email, LinkedIn, events and referrals
- Deliver compelling messaging around an AI-powered employee safety platform
- Secure high-quality meetings with senior decision-makers
- Prepare account intelligence before meetings
- Manage follow-up and progression of early-stage opportunities
- Maintain excellent CRM hygiene and reporting
- Capture market feedback and buyer insights
- Help improve messaging, targeting and outbound strategy
- Support strategic account activity and UK events

Who this is perfect for

What we're looking for:
- 2+ years' successful B2B outbound sales experience
- Proven success generating pipeline through multi-channel prospecting
- Experience selling into Enterprise organisations
- Confidence engaging senior stakeholders and C-level decision-makers
- Strong telephone, email and LinkedIn communication skills
- Excellent research and account planning ability
- Resilient, highly organised and comfortable handling rejection
- Strong CRM discipline and attention to detail
- Experience thriving within a start-up or scale-up environment
- High ownership, professionalism and integrity
- Coachable with a genuine desire to continuously improve
Highly desirable but not essential:
- Experience selling HRTech, Employee Benefits, SecurityTech or SaaS solutions
- Experience launching a new product or entering a new market
- Additional languages, particularly French, Spanish or Portuguese
