Leadey — Cold Caller / Dialler (Remote)
We're looking for cold callers who actually like the phone.
Not "outbound specialists." Not people who need a 3-week ramp and a nurture sequence. People who pick up the dialler, hit B2B companies, and pitch Leadey.
The role
You'll be calling businesses across the UK, EU and UAE, pitching Leadey — the all-in-one CRM + outbound stack (cold email, calling, WhatsApp, LinkedIn, automations) that replaces the 5 tools their sales team is currently paying for. Your job is simple: get on the phone, get through, book qualified demos that show up.
This is a phone-first role. Not admin with some calls attached. Your day is the dialler.
What you'll be calling
- Inbound leads — people who've already put their hand up
- Cold email leads — already contacted, already replied
- Your own cold lists — you've got 700M+ leads inside Leadey. Build any list you want: industry, headcount, geo, tech stack, whenever you want. You will never sit waiting on someone to hand you data.

Pay

This runs remote. We have an office in Business Bay, Dubai — if you're good, there's a seat in it and a path to a full role on the team.
