The Opportunity
What’s the opportunity for a Sales Development Representative at Gearset?
- You'll have the chance to shape and influence the knowledge prospects have of Gearset as their first point of contact.
- Generate new interest in Gearset by researching accounts and provide a best in class experience for new prospects.
- By using the best tools and tech, such as Sales Navigator, Salesloft, and Sandler sales training, you’ll enhance your skills to keep growing in your career.
- You'll use a multi-channel approach in your outreach, which means no two days are the same.
- When you're speaking with prospects, you're able to showcase Gearset's technical solutions to solve their pain points.
- Become a key part of the sales team which thrives on competitive collaboration to ensure success for everyone in the team.

What you'll achieve
- By influencing leads and nurturing them into qualified opportunities, you’ll generate new business for Gearset to hit your own and team targets.
- Collaborate and learn from team members across the business to expand your technical product knowledge and become an expert in the value of Gearset.
- Grow as a sales professional by using industry leading technologies and skills to develop new outreach strategies.
- Influence Gearset’s product roadmap by sharing prospect feedback with the marketing and development teams, to ensure we’re continuing to build a world-class solution.
About You
- Have a desire to develop a sales career in a fast growing tech company.
- Self motivated with a competitive yet collaborative attitude and drive to be successful.
- Constantly looking to improve, and comfortable giving and receiving constructive feedback to make your work even better.
- Have excellent written and verbal communication skills to be able to engage professionally with prospects.
- An ability to learn new technologies and a hunger to maintain and elevate your understanding of our platform and new features.

- Be a degree holder.

Salary and Benefits
The Stuff You’d Expect!
- On target earnings of £33,250 (uncapped).
- This is a full time opportunity, working Monday to Friday; hours will be a mix of UK, and US East Coast (1pm - 9pm UK).
- 25 days holiday plus bank holidays (with the option to buy an extra 5 each year).
- £1500 per year personal development budget for courses, conferences, and anything else useful to your professional development in the role.
