About Us
Dandelion Civilization develops an AI-powered platform for talent assessment, employee development, and human capital management. We help organisations make better people decisions through behavioural analytics, digital simulations, and AI. As we continue to expand across Europe, we're looking for a Sales Development Representative to help us build relationships with prospective enterprise customers. This is a full-time remote position. Our headquarters are in Dubai, but you can work from anywhere.
About the Role
We're looking for someone who enjoys speaking with people, is confident starting conversations with senior decision-makers, and is motivated by opening new business opportunities. You'll be responsible for generating qualified sales opportunities for our commercial team by engaging with prospective customers, understanding their needs, and introducing them to our platform.

- Prospecting and contacting potential customers across Europe;
- Making outbound calls and introducing our platform professionally and confidently;
- Identifying and engaging with key decision-makers, including CEOs, HR Directors, Heads of Talent, Learning & Development leaders, and Operations Directors;
- Explaining the value of our platform in a clear and relevant way;
- Qualifying opportunities and arranging meetings for the Account Executive team;
- Following up with prospects and building relationships over time;
- Maintaining accurate records in the CRM;
- Sharing customer feedback and market insights with the wider team.
This role is about building genuine conversations, understanding customer challenges, and creating opportunities—not following a script.
What We're Looking For
- Experience in B2B sales, business development, lead generation, or customer-facing commercial roles.
- Confidence speaking with new people and making outbound calls.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to engage professionally with senior decision-makers.
- Strong spoken and written English.
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Self-motivated and comfortable working independently in a remote environment.
- Curious, adaptable, and eager to learn.
- Interest in technology, AI, and B2B software.
- A resilient, positive, and proactive approach to sales.
- Additional European languages would be an advantage.
