Role Summary:

This is your chance to take your scientific knowledge beyond the lab and apply it in a commercial role, working with some of the world's most innovative pharmaceutical, biotech and medical device organisations. You'll become a trusted first point of contact for R&D and innovation leaders, introducing PatSnap's AI-powered platform and helping organisations accelerate research, reduce development risk and bring life-changing innovations to market faster. We're not looking for experienced salespeople, we're looking for curious, ambitious graduates who are eager to learn. We'll provide structured training, ongoing coaching and mentorship to help you develop into a high-performing SaaS sales professional. This is a fast-paced, target-driven role where your success will be determined by your resilience, curiosity and willingness to learn. If you're motivated by personal growth, enjoy speaking with people and want to build a career with exceptional earning potential, this could be the perfect opportunity. This is a hybrid role based in our London office, with the flexibility to work either hybrid (Monday, Tuesday and Thursday in the office) or fully office-based if you prefer.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
