About Hexis

Hexis is making nutrition your smartest training tool. Driven by the understanding that every athlete is unique, Hexis has developed its own proprietary nutrition periodisation system, Carb Coding, that translates workout data into personalised fuelling strategies uniquely tailored to the demands of each athlete's training, lifestyle, and goals.

Built on the scientific foundations of physiology, exercise metabolism, and nutrition, Hexis is at the forefront of innovation in personalised sports nutrition and is now trusted by athletes and coaches from leading professional and Olympic sporting bodies globally.

The Opportunity

Hexis is growing and we are looking for an SDR who is ready to help us scale in becoming the Global Nutrition Operating System for Human Performance. You'll be selling across two very different worlds, and that's what makes this interesting.

  • On one side, you'll run outbound into coaching organisations whose athletes are already training in a structured manner and for a purpose. This is where you'll get to build and own a repeatable sequence: real targets, real volume, real wins.
  • On the other hand, you'll tie in closely to our elite sport arm, mapping the sporting landscape, the sports nutritionists, performance staff, and coaching teams at high-performance sports organisations, spotting the moment they're worth approaching, and feeding that straight into the pipeline. The pro sport industry rarely responds to cold outreach, so this half of the job is as much about intelligence and timing rather than dial count, recognising and understanding firsthand how deals get built in a world that runs on storytelling, trust, and relationships.
  • You'll also be the first line on inbound leads and MQLs, qualifying them before handing warm B2B and B2B2C opportunities to our commercial team to take to close.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Only hits

No noise. No "maybe this fits." Just roles with a clear explanation of why they're right — and where to focus when applying.

Nobody's done this job here before you, so you'll have real say in how it's built.

You'd be Great at This If

  • You're already working, or have worked previously as an SDR in a SaaS business, generating qualified pipeline and running your own outbound sequence from first touch to booked meeting.
  • You genuinely care about sport, training, or nutrition, and it shows the moment you start talking to a coach or sports nutritionist.
  • You like variety. Cold outbound one hour, account research the next, qualifying an inbound lead after that.
  • You're comfortable building process from scratch rather than being handed one.
  • You speak and write in a way that lands with technical, sometimes sceptical, practitioners.
  • Bonus: you've used AI, LinkedIn, or social selling to build a personal or brand presence, not just to generate leads.

This Role Might Not Be for You If

  • You want a fully built playbook to execute on day one. We're building this together.
  • You're looking for a pure high-volume, high-velocity SDR seat with no relationship or research element. Half of this job moves slowly and deliberately.
  • Sport and nutrition are neutral to you rather than genuinely interesting. It'll come through, and it matters here.
  • You'd rather close deals yourself than hand warm opportunities on to someone else at the right moment.

What You'll Get

  • Direct access to a world-class team of performance scientists and real influence over how this function takes shape.
  • A product used by professional athletes and teams you'll recognise.
  • The kind of variety and ownership you don't get at a bigger company.
  • Hybrid working, based in Dublin.

How to Apply

Send your CV and a short note to careers@hexis.live. In the note, tell us:

  • The best outbound sequence you've built, what made it work, and what you'd do differently.
  • Why this — why Hexis, why now.

We read every one.

Hexis Health and Human Performance is an equal opportunities employer. We celebrate diversity and are committed to creating an inclusive environment for all employees.
