About the Role

We are seeking a proactive and resilient candidate to gain hands-on practical experience within our growth function. This is an excellent opportunity for an individual in the early stages of their sales career to own a mixed pipeline of in/outbound leads and support the wider growth activities of the business. In this role, candidates will be expected to meet sales quota on both an individual and team level, involving targets such as call volume and properties signed.

The Ideal Candidate

The ideal candidate is proactive and has a can-do attitude. They are strong-willed and persist with the task and challenge at hand but must be performance driven. The ability to think on their feet and contribute towards wider team performance is a must for the candidate to be successful in this role.

Responsibilities

  • Manage a pipeline of prospective clients from both inbound and outbound sources and be responsible for providing information around the company's services and successfully moving qualified prospects through to onboarding.
  • Cross-team collaboration with internal teams to facilitate smooth onboarding of new clients.
  • Support external stakeholders to gain knowledge and understanding of our product and wider business.
  • Respond to and address all leads and enquiries promptly.
  • Support the Growth Manager to deliver key growth priorities.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
