TenantIQ is an AI-powered prospecting and tenant intelligence platform for commercial real estate.
We help brokers and real estate teams identify the companies most likely to expand into a property or market, understand why they are a fit, and reach the right decision-makers.
We are looking for high-output Sales Development Representatives to help grow TenantIQ across the US commercial real estate market.
This is a fast-paced outbound sales role. Your job is simple: start conversations with the right prospects and book qualified meetings.
You will work closely with our sales team and founder, operate across high-volume outbound channels, and directly contribute to TenantIQ's growth.
What You'll Do
- Prospect aggressively: Make outbound calls and work leads generated through our outbound systems.
- Book qualified meetings: Turn conversations with brokers, developers, and real estate professionals into product demos for our sales team.
- Respond with velocity: Follow up quickly with interested prospects while intent is high.
- Work high volume: Consistently execute across a large number of prospects without sacrificing organization or follow-through.
- Speak credibly: Learn enough about US commercial real estate to have intelligent conversations with senior industry professionals.
- Improve the playbook: Test messaging, hooks, objection handling, and outreach approaches with the team.
- Maintain CRM health: Keep accurate pipeline, activity, and follow-up records every day.
- Own your number: Take full accountability for activity and meetings-booked targets.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
