About the Role
As a Sales Development Representative (SDR), you’ll be a key part of the Corporate Traveller sales team, playing a critical role in building a strong and sustainable sales pipeline. Your primary focus will be securing high-quality appointments for the sales team by proactively sourcing, qualifying and converting new business opportunities.
You’ll engage prospects through a variety of channels including outbound calls, emails, sales enablement platforms and social media, while also working closely with marketing, partners and suppliers to follow up on warm leads. Managing and nurturing leads through Salesforce will be central to your success, ensuring opportunities are accurately qualified against our Ideal Client Profile (ICP) and handed over seamlessly to the sales team.

You’ll also support sales campaigns and events, helping to deliver measurable return on investment and contributing directly to revenue growth. This is a high-energy, results-driven role with clear KPIs, strong earning potential and plenty of autonomy to own your pipeline and success.
About You
You’re a motivated and proactive self-starter who enjoys building relationships and influencing decision-makers. Comfortable working autonomously, you take ownership of your performance and thrive in a target-driven environment.
You’ll bring:
- Strong relationship-building skills, with the ability to quickly build trust with both prospects and internal sales teams
- Confidence and persuasiveness to engage new contacts and create compelling reasons for them to meet with the sales team
- A solid understanding of sales KPIs and the discipline to manage your time and pipeline effectively
- The ability to qualify opportunities commercially, including understanding a company’s travel spend and suitability against an ICP
- Flexibility and adaptability to embrace new initiatives, tools and ways of working
- Clear, professional communication skills, both written and verbal
