Pay rate: £25.96 per hour PAYE

We are recruiting two multilingual Sales Development Representatives to help grow the luxury-home portfolio of a leading global travel marketplace across Europe.

This is a hands-on role for someone with a strong hunter mindset who enjoys researching new markets, generating leads and confidently approaching prospective clients. High-volume outbound calling and outreach will be central to the position.

You will research local property markets, identify homes that could meet the platform’s luxury standards, locate the relevant owners or decision-makers and begin the commercial conversation. You will then work closely with the Supply Acquisition team to qualify opportunities and support deals through to close.

  • Fluent professional English is essential.
  • French, Spanish and Italian are the priority additional languages.
  • We are hiring two candidates who can collectively cover French, Spanish and Italian.
  • Candidates who speak multiple priority languages will be particularly attractive.
  • German is beneficial but not essential.
  • Candidates must be confident conducting professional written and verbal sales conversations in their stated languages.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
