Sales Development Representative – EMEA | Luxury Travel

UK | Remote / Hybrid | £50,000–£52,000 | 12-Month Contract

We’re hiring a Sales Development Representative to join the EMEA team of one of the world’s leading global travel and technology platforms, working specifically within its premium luxury offering.

This is a newly created role focused on identifying and engaging the owners and managers of some of the most exceptional luxury homes in the world.

We’re looking for a natural hunter – someone who enjoys researching new opportunities, finding the right decision-makers and proactively opening doors.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Researching the luxury property market across EMEA to identify exceptional homes that could be suitable for the platform
  • Vetting potential properties against defined luxury standards
  • Identifying property owners, managers and relevant decision-makers
  • Finding and enriching contact information to build high-quality prospect lists
  • Running high-volume outbound activity across calls, email, LinkedIn and other channels
  • Making the initial approach to prospective partners and building relationships
  • Qualifying and warming opportunities before progressing them to the wider acquisition team
  • Managing your activity, leads and pipeline accurately through Salesforce

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
