Sales Development Representative – Luxury Travel (EMEA)

Location: London / remote-first

Contract: 12 months

Hours: 40 hours per week

Pay rate: £25.96 per hour PAYE

Expected start: September 2026

We are recruiting two multilingual Sales Development Representatives to support the growth of a leading global travel platform’s premium property portfolio across Europe, the Middle East and Africa. You will identify and engage owners of exceptional luxury properties, qualify their suitability for the platform and introduce strong prospects to the Supply Acquisition team. This is a high-volume outbound role requiring confident communication, strong research skills and disciplined pipeline management.

Language requirements

Candidates must meet one of the following language profiles:

Profile 1

  • Fluent English – essential
  • Fluent Italian – essential
  • German – highly desirable

Profile 2

  • Fluent English – essential
  • Fluent French – essential
  • Fluent Spanish – essential

Fluency must include strong written and verbal communication skills suitable for professional sales conversations.

Key responsibilities

  • Research and identify premium property owners across priority EMEA markets.
  • Build prospect lists using supplied databases and independently sourced leads.
  • Conduct high-volume outbound outreach through telephone calls, email campaigns, LinkedIn and social media.
  • Use platforms such as ZoomInfo or similar prospecting tools to identify and engage decision-makers.
  • Qualify inbound and outbound leads by understanding their interest and assessing whether properties meet the required luxury standards.
  • Arrange meetings between qualified prospects and the Supply Acquisition team.
  • Maintain accurate records of leads, outreach activities, conversations and pipeline stages within the CRM.
  • Follow up consistently with prospects across multiple markets and time zones.
  • Monitor luxury travel and real-estate trends to improve targeting and messaging.
  • Adapt your communication style when engaging property owners from different cultures and markets.

Required experience

  • Previous experience in sales development, business development, lead generation or outbound prospecting.
  • A proven ability to manage a high-volume, multi-channel outbound pipeline.
  • Confidence conducting cold calls and engaging senior or high-value prospects.
  • Experience qualifying leads and booking meetings for sales or acquisition teams.
  • Strong CRM and pipeline-management skills.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce, HubSpot or a similar CRM platform.
  • Experience using LinkedIn and prospecting or outreach tools such as ZoomInfo, Outreach or SalesLoft.
  • Excellent organisation, attention to detail and follow-through.
  • A consultative sales approach supported by curiosity, active listening and thoughtful questioning.
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, remote-first environment.
  • Flexibility to communicate with prospects across EMEA time zones.

Working arrangements

The role is based in the UK and supports markets across Europe, the Middle East and Africa. Occasional travel for team off-sites may be required.
