ABOUT THE CLIENT
Due to continued growth, we’re recruiting for a Sales Development Representative to join an ambitious AI technology business operating within the property sector. The business is developing innovative AI technology designed to automate operational workloads for property businesses and is already seeing strong demand as it continues to scale.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys outbound sales, wants to make a genuine commercial impact and is keen to progress within a fast-growing technology environment.

THE SALES DEVELOPMENT REPRESENTATIVE ROLE:
As the Sales Development Representative, you’ll own the top of the sales funnel, working a targeted list of independent lettings and estate agencies across the UK.
This is a proactive outbound position where you’ll make calls, supported by email and LinkedIn outreach. You’ll engage with owners and directors, understand their operational challenges, qualify opportunities and book high-quality product demonstrations directly into the team’s calendar.
You’ll also play an important part in developing the wider sales approach, feeding insights from conversations back into scripts, sequences, objection handling and qualification criteria. For someone looking to progress their sales career, there is a clear route towards a closing position based on performance.
SALES DEVELOPMENT REPRESENTATIVE ESSENTIAL SKILLS
- Experience within an outbound Sales Development Representative, Business Development or similar sales role
- Confident making high-volume outbound calls and engaging cold prospects
- Ability to navigate gatekeepers and build relationships with business owners and senior decision-makers
- Strong qualification skills with the ability to uncover genuine customer pain points
- Comfortable using phone, email and LinkedIn as part of a structured outbound approach
- Resilient and motivated when handling rejection within a cold-sales environment
- Coachable mindset with the ability to quickly implement feedback
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Genuine interest in AI and emerging technology
- Hands-on experience using AI tools, LLMs, automation or prompt-based workflows would be highly beneficial
- Ambitious and motivated by progression into a closing sales role
