About Noxus
Noxus is building the process intelligence layer for the age of AI labor.
As AI moves from experimentation into production, the harder problem is no longer simply what models can do. It is how AI work actually runs inside an enterprise, across people, legacy systems, policies, exceptions, approvals, and operational constraints.
Noxus helps regulated enterprises redesign and run complex business processes with AI workers. These workers do not just answer questions. They read inbound requests and documents, gather evidence across systems, apply business rules, involve people where judgement or approval is required, and write outcomes back into core operational systems with full traceability.
We are built for environments where critical work spans SAP, Oracle, CRM platforms, loan and claims systems, payment infrastructure, policy systems, and bespoke internal software. These are processes that are too complex, regulated, and system-dependent for simple automation, but too expensive and slow to remain predominantly manual.
Noxus provides the execution layer enterprises need to design, deploy, govern, and continuously improve this work in production.
We already have customers running critical processes on Noxus, and our growth to date has been highly founder-led. We are now building the commercial organisation that will turn that traction into a repeatable enterprise go-to-market engine across Europe and the Americas.
The Role
You will identify high-potential accounts, understand where Noxus is relevant inside their operations, engage senior decision-makers, and create qualified opportunities for our Enterprise Account Executives.
Our buyers are often COOs, CIOs, Heads of Operations, Transformation leaders, and senior AI executives. They already understand AI. Your job is to help them recognise where their existing operating model breaks down as AI moves into critical processes, and why Noxus offers a credible path from experimentation to production.
You will work closely with Enterprise Sales, Growth Marketing, Product Marketing, Partnerships, Sales Operations, and the founders. Because the commercial playbook is still being built, your work will directly influence how we target accounts, position the product, qualify opportunities, and enter new markets.
What You Will Do
- Own outbound prospecting across high-conviction enterprise accounts, with a particular focus on UK
- Build relationships with senior buyers across financial services, insurance, manufacturing, utilities, and other regulated or operationally complex industries.
- Partner with Enterprise Account Executives to prioritise accounts based on operational complexity, strategic fit, transformation priorities, buying signals, and commercial potential.
- Generate qualified pipeline through cold calling, personalised email, LinkedIn, events, account-based campaigns, and creative outbound strategies.
- Research accounts deeply enough to understand how they operate, where critical processes sit, which systems they depend on, what transformation programmes are underway, and where Noxus could create material value.
- Engage senior stakeholders including COOs, CIOs, Heads of Operations, Heads of Transformation, Shared Services leaders, Customer Operations executives, and Heads of AI.
- Represent Noxus as the first human touchpoint with the account, communicating with the clarity and credibility expected when selling complex enterprise software.
- Use AI-powered workflows and modern sales tooling for account research, enrichment, sequencing, signal monitoring, personalisation, and prioritisation.
- Develop strong fluency in Noxus, enterprise AI, process transformation, and the limitations of traditional approaches such as RPA, workflow software, process mining, BPO, and internal agent builds.
- Work with Growth and Product Marketing to test narratives, refine outbound messaging, and understand which problems resonate across industries and personas.
- Bring market intelligence back into Sales, Marketing, Product, and Partnerships so that the company learns from every account interaction.
- Help build the SDR operating system at Noxus, including account selection, messaging, qualification, objection handling, sequencing, and opportunity handoff.
- Develop the foundations of enterprise selling, including discovery, qualification, stakeholder mapping, business-case development, objection handling, and account strategy.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

What We Are Looking For
- You have 0–3 years of experience in sales, business development, consulting, recruiting, customer-facing commercial roles, or another environment where performance depends on initiative and communication.
- You want to build a career in enterprise technology sales and are motivated by becoming genuinely good at the craft, not simply progressing through activity targets.
- You communicate exceptionally well. You can take a complex idea, understand what matters to a particular buyer, and explain it clearly without jargon or exaggeration.
- You are comfortable prospecting across phone, email, and LinkedIn. You understand that strong outbound combines persistence with judgement, preparation, and relevance.
- You have strong research instincts. You can use annual reports, transformation announcements, hiring patterns, technology signals, public interviews, and organisational context to develop a point of view on an account before contacting it.
- You are intellectually curious about AI, enterprise software, operations, and how large organisations actually function.
- You have commercial judgement. You can distinguish a strategically important account from a superficially attractive one, identify why a buyer may care, and recognise when there is a real opportunity worth pursuing.
- You prefer building a playbook to inheriting one. Noxus is still early enough that we expect you to test approaches, identify what works, and help institutionalise it.
- You are comfortable working with modern sales technology. Experience with platforms such as Clay, Apollo, Outreach, Salesloft, HubSpot, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, or similar tools is useful, but not required.
- You respond well to feedback, iterate quickly, and maintain a high standard even when the work involves repetition, rejection, and experimentation.
- You care about outcomes. Qualified pipeline, quality of conversations, opportunity progression, and what the team learns matter more than raw activity volume.
- You have good judgement in enterprise communication. Your outreach is specific, intelligent, concise, and never overhyped.
